No not a scam. This is another option for finding listings. They have a much better search criteria that I wish realestate.com.au and domain.com.au would instigate.

If you are in the buying mode, then 'investar' will provide you with another tool in your kit. Not sure of the cost currently, but for the short term while you are searching, it may give you an edge. As I understand, you can opt out when it suits, but I stand corrected so read the joining details.

    Hope it works for you

I am a user of the site and I love the features of the site. I paid just under $1000 for a 1 year subscription. Please go through the website for the features it offers rather than me telling you

I also use this program to search for development sites. Well worth the money if you are limited to time and want to find what your looking for.

hi guys, thanks for your replies, appreciated. I’m mainly looking for positive geared properties. the way i understand it currently, is that the pay structure is you have to subscribe for at least 1year, and if you want to cancel, you have to pay a 50% cancellation fee, that is why it seems dodgy, the joining fee is about $1700 for a year, with full interestate access to everything. I guess its cheaper than hiriing a buyers agent, but then again you cant see the property.
