So who are Jane and Medine?

Medine Simmons

Well if you come to our meetings you will have already seen Medine who is very passionate about property investing and especially research.

Medine has been a passionate, serious investor for nearly 10 years.  Not only an investor but Medine is also a mortgage broker and property investor education and released a book called How to Get a Pay Rise (you may have seen her on TV about the book on The Circle)

With a background of 13 years in Corporate Australia holding senior positions in operations and marketing, Medine established MF Simmons Mortgage Broking in 2001.  So not only as an investor but as a broker Medine understands what it takes to be a savvy property investor.

Jane Slack-Smith

If you read Australian Property Investing magazine and Money magazine then you would already be familiar with Jane.

Jane is also a Mortgage Broker and won Your Investment Property Readers Choice award – Mortgage Broker of the Year January 2010.  She profiles in the Who's Who of Business Women.

A regular commentator for Australian Property Investment magazine and speaker at events throughout Australia on property investing and renovating.  After renovating seven times in the last nine years she has lots of tips and mistakes to share.
