Infolio property brokers – anyone with any experience of their services

Hi,

I'm looking at engaging the services of infolio to assist in the purchase of an investment property in Melbourne. I know the upfront costs are high but I have zero time to undertake the necessary research of the market for a property and don't wnat to wait too much longer before getting an IP.  Has anyone heard of infolio, possible reviews both good and bad? I've done a few internet searches but nothing much came up. I ahve a friend who has recommended them but would like more than one opinion.

If anyone else uses a tried and tested brokerage firm I would also love to have some other referrals.
