    Would be interested to hear any experiences of people trying to sell their houses for removal/relocation rather than demolish.

    How did you sell it? Did it take long?

    I’m considering this option to sell a 1950s fibro cottage, 3 bed, solid timber floors. Not looking to make much money from it, as its not in great condition, but rather saving the money on demoloshing fees and recycling rather than throwing stuff into landfill!

    Interested to hear experiences from all over Aus, regional and metro, but particularly keen for any WA examples to be highlighted also. My house in is perth metro, SOR.

    thanks Kent. I remember him talking at a recent APN, was an excellent speaker and came across very knowledgable.
