Does anyone in Perth need help with their current renovations?
I am an industrial sparky doing two weeks on two weeks off, from wednesday I will be in Perth with my tools ready for some hard yakka.
Want to learn how I can improve a house raising capital growth and rental expectancy.
Willing to work hard to learn from experienced renovators.

I do not have my electrical contractors licence (to do electrical work in domestic and sign it off), I am more involved in industrial electrical and instrumentation work but looking for experience in all housing areas. Happy to have a crack at anything so that one day I can have the knowledge and skills to add value to my future IP's.
