    hi everyone

    have an assignment due in 1,5 weeks and dont know any builders, architects to ask their opinion.

    Small project home with following inclusion:
    roof framing – prefabricated engineered certified Rood Trusses
    wall framing – in accordance with Australian standards
    engineered and designed certified footing and slab
    aluminium windows and sliding doors
    wall insulation R1.5
    ceiling insulation R3.5

    Any comments on the limitations/concerns of the materials used and any comments on the durability and maintenance of achieving an acceptable lifecycle for the dwelling based on the materials used.

    I think you need to do a lot of research and joining in different property investing forums would also help. There are a lots of people that can help you.
