    Hi

Was wondering how many of you out there have sold a property online, as opposed to using a Real Estate Agent.

We have a block of land that we are looking at selling and are looking at options.

There seem to be several online agents offering attractive services.

Can anybody recommend a particular one ?

    Thanx for your help

    Fingerscrossed,

I sold my PPOR a while ago and advertised through http://www.landlordschoice.com.au. It worked out quite well, although I think the market has cooled since then. I didn't bother with local papers, not even a sign.

Depends how hot the market is, and how many people search the term no agents or sell my own property.
It also depends how good are you at negotiating. If your good, then go ahead.

You really need to market your property (land) on realestate.com.au there plenty of agents out there now only charging to advertise on these sites. http://list-on-realestate.com.au/ is one example, do a google search to find more it only costs around $295. Money well spent for the coverage you get.
