I thought I would share a property I purchased a couple of years ago and it needed a reno so I sent my guys out to reno the place. The video was half way through the reno but new pics will be uploaded soon.

Nice work any chance on what your Reno cost break down is for $7K?

Hi Holly,
I had two labourers there and I paid them $2,000 each for the week this = $4000
Now looking at breif materials;
Kitchen $750
Tiles & Adhesive $178
Paint $110 x 3 + $40 = $370
Flooring $1000 (polished boards)
Misc $300
Vanity $180
These are approx prices, but as you can see materials and labour are two seperate things. It is a matter of purchasing your labour well and structuring your reno to maximise your value for money.
1 x day strip out
1 x day prep walls
3 x day paint paint paint
Downtime from paint tile
1 x day install kitchen
1 x day spare.

I have had a few people contacting me of late about getting a 370z and 350z lol. Its nice peice of car.

Yep, I picked up a 350z. Probably not the most sensible purchase…..but I don't regret it one one bit. They're great cars to drive.

I'm in the middle of doing something similar (the house even looks a bit similar) in regional Vic. Its great to see people are getting in ad creating wealth!
Jamie, my hubby HAD to have the 370Z….. it's not sensible, but it is soo much fun to drive
