My wife and I want to buy more property but the stumbling block at the moment is structure.  So fare everything is in her name, but we can both see some of the potential problems this may create.

Is anyone out there using this Property Investment Trust?  Was it worth all the cost and paperwork to set up?  Is it better than a normal discretionary family trust to purchase property?
