    Hi my name is Pj. I started investing only couple of months ago, my plan is to save and find deals for property developers. I found a couple of great deals the trouble im having is finding property developers. Not very experienced, but i beleive i found a couple of deals for property development. Can some one please point me in the right direction?

    Hey PJ,

    I don't follow exactly what you are trying to do.  Are you trying to find properties that require renovation and then you will hire a developer to do the renovations?

    Or are you trying to find properties that you can on-sell to property developers?
