We currently have l/lords insurance on another IP with Terri Scheer.  Can anyone recommend any others that are as good & include flood cover?

I’ve always used ING, Real insurance and Terri Scheer and have found all to be quite good and competitive. I’m not sure about the flood cover for the first two.

    Cheers

I use Suncorp and Calliden (through a broker).

Haven't had to claim on either, which I reckon is the real test of quality and customer experience.

    Try Vero Insurance.

FYI – Vero and Terri Scheer are Suncorp brands. As is AAMI and a whole bunch of others. That said, they have different policies, terms, sales and support teams.

ING have always been stand outs in LL insurance. Maybe worth checking with an insurance broker to see if they can find a better deal than what you have now :)
