    Hey everyone,

    I’m planning on putting a granny flat in my backyard and have found out from council I need a building permit. I’m from the eastern suburbs of melbourne. Been doing some research and was wondering if anyone has used Stacey Surveying in Croydon? I’m looking for somewhere local and affordable. Here’s their website: http://www.staceysurveying.com.au

    Any help with recommendations would be great!

    Check out – http://www.rookiedeveloper.com they’re on facebook too…. Troy who runs the site lives out that way and can probably point you in the right direction :)
