Calling Melbourne/Vic Brokers - any suggestions. Having some trouble

Hi Guys,
Just a quick call out to any brokers out there who may be able to assist with a property purchase.
I’ve done the whole Google Search in my local area (Berwick) but not really too flash hot with the responses i’ve got.
All 3 loans recently refinanced with NAB.
Long story short – own 2 IP’s which i positive gear on, 1 PPOR and i’m looking at picking up a 4th property.
Not a huge income by any means… and happy to be creative
Anyway, some advice would be great

You can use a broker anywhere in the country! Doesn't have to be one in Berwick.
Use Richard Taylor. Very knowledgeable chap who participates heavily on this forum (userid Qlds007).

Totally agree though – Richard will sort it out.
In this day and age it really doesn’t matter where the client and broker are located.
