    Gooday

I note a few 'posters' have gone down or are going down the Tax Lien path in US. Has anyone located a  step by step online resource that explains the process from an Australian Investors perspective. And are there any tips on offer for those considering entering the market ? Is it possible to use a Self Managed Super Fund to invest ?

My advice would be to look at some of Tommy's stuff online and if you are in Sydney go to the Mega Conference as I am sure he will offer another course on the subject.

Ultimately a SMSF can invest in anything as long as the documents as part of the SMSF states this.
