    Loan from ING purchase price 240k off the plan. Loan 215k.

    settled on Friday.

    ING uses Gadend Lawyers who confirmed they had the stamp duty exemption on the property BUT still deducted stamp duty at settlemet

    ideas on getting it back? its 9.5k

    Just ask ING to return your money. They will chase it up to the OSR or Gadens and return it to you. Ask for a bit extra to cover the lost interest as well.
