    Hi,
    I am in Brisbane.  Looking to use a buyer's agent to buy our first investment property.  Does anyone in Brisbane have any experience with Property Pursuit or Capital 360?  I am trying to figure out how much value they really add?

    If your looking for an investment, find a property where you can add value down the track such as renovation, subdivision or potential development.

    Can I ask what type of investment you are looking for?

    I have used Hot Property Specialists Buyers Agency 3 times now when purchasing in Queensland and have found them to be great and they understand what I wanted in each property then they have achieved everything I have asked of them. The owner Liz has just won Buyers Agent of the year for QLD.

    Hi Lmanley,

    I know Andrew has just posted above me, but I'll give him a little plug. We are a Buyers' Agent in Perth and whenever any of my clients request one in QLD I send them to him. I've spoken to him on many occasions and he knows his stuff.

    Hi,

    Apologies for resurrecting a three-year-old thread, but it’s now 2014 and I’m looking for a buyer’s agent in Brisbane to help me locate and purchase an investment property (I live interstate). Does anyone have any current recommendations?

    Andrew Allen still has a solid rep and does a great job.

    I believe Richard Taylor from this forum is also sourcing properties in Bris.

    We were very happy with the director of PMC Property, Brisbane based. He used to work for another agency and has started his business since.
