Budgeting for US properties

Hi Guys,

If you want to purchase two US properties how much should I budget including airfare and accommodation say for 1 week tour.

I figured it is better to deal with the locals (e.g., real estate agents, property managers, attorney etc), so I can fully understand how the local real estate market works.

Property criterias:

• three bed rooms and 1 bath room properties and family oriented
• within 15 mins drive to major cities where infrastructures are existed and improving (e.g., roads, new building developments, schools, hospitals etc)

Note: I don't like to invest in those tourist areas because these are seasonal markets, relying strongly on tourist visits.
