Hello,
I am looking to buy a block of land, however I am sick and tired of dealing with real estate agents advertising on realestate.com.au
I was wondering if people know of any developers? small or large I dont care, that I can email and be "one of the first" to find out about land for sale. I know some people manage to do this.
And if anyone on here has land for sale, brisbane north (virginia, zillmere, chermside, northgate etc) let me know. I am a first home buyer, limited budget but pre-approved and ready to buy (at the right price)
