Hi Guys. We're in the process of subdividing. Surveyor has already done the draft for the subdivision plan, but am now stuck with how to proceed with the power and water/sewerage applications. I initially thought it was just as easy as filling up the form and submitting it to the service providers but when I got the forms there are some things like pipe size and stuff like that which I know nothing about.

    Any ideas please.

    Thanks.

I finally got hold of our builder after two weeks of chasing him, and he is going to organize application for this.

Take visit to your local power and water agencies. They have to visit your area for approval. And at the same time you may ask them.
