I own a few commercial properties in Tasmania and have moved to Sydeny. I am looking for good commercial properties up to approximately $2M around Sydney or the Central Coast but I am struggling to find good opportunities. There is no shortage of property but good ones seem hard to find. Any suggestions for good agents to link with? Other ideas?

In my opinion this is a good opportunity for you if you want to move your property from Tasmania to Sydeny.
