    Guys

Has anyone attended a paid seminar with Positive Real Estate?

I would like to hear from you.

    • What were your experienced?
    • Did you learned a lot if so how much?
    • Did you have some invaluable insight into real estate investing that you would not otherwise learned from from reading real estate investment books?

    Cheers.

    Hi Leo

Ihave not attended paid seminars with this group but have spent a large amount of time and money over the last few years attending Steve McKnight's Seminars and also the RESULTS Mentoring Program ( started by Steve)  I can only have glowing comments for all of these.. the level of integrity, quality of coaching and the products are second to none..

    Warm regards
    Sue

Haven’t been to their seminars, but viewed DVd’s and listened to CDs. In fact just finished listening to the free Cd’s they send you if you ask.
The CD presentation said stuff like just buy one property a year and in 10 years you’ll own 10 properties and retire.

If its not fast enough for you that’s PK just buy 3 properties a year and in 10 years you’ll own 30 properties. Sell 20 and you’ll own 10 outright.

SOunds enticing until you try and se who’ll fund pipe dreams like this.

and they are really property marketers, not buyers agents like they say – they tend to get pad by the developer who’s projects they sell. So who’s sie are they on?

    Hey Charles 1,

I had not so good feeling about them about the way they entice new members, very good in marketing that's for sure.  I've attended one of their free seminar in Parramatta NSW  about a month ago. If they try to sell you something then they are only looking after themselves. I bet you, their mentors keep growing their portfolio since they can sustain them from the cash flow they receive from their mentorship program? Such strategy as you mentioned required cash flow to sustain the viability of your portfolio to keep them growing. Thanks mate for sharing…I bailed out on the last minute of joining their mentoring program.

Thanks Millionaire in, for sharing your thoughts on this too.

Hi all, new to this forum :). I actually have had some excellent dealings with the Positive Real Estate crew – Sam Saggers and Jason Whitton the founders of Positive Real Estate are v knowledgeable in property investment in Aus – and I particularly admired them, as when faced with many a rebuttal from me (as I can be quite cynical at times) I found them both willing to discuss any particular questions I had in person ….which is what I relly appreciated about them – the fact you could chat to real people at all times and that I could work throughmy particular financial situation and attain one on one support. Me and my partner have been members for a few years and have worked ourselves into a quite comfortable position to say the least through many of the strategies they worked out with us – to suit our particular situation – mostly low risk – positive cashflow and high yield deals or force value in any market. I actually love mentoring – love the community of investors I can socialise with, love the positive support and particularly love the access to the property deals – so to Leo or any inquisitive investor – maybe approach Sam or Jason and ask to go along to a mentoring night for free to decide for yourself. For me – it is always a new experience and a real eye opener…I am always learning about new and exciting property deals. The buyers agency btw is second to none. I fully recommend – but go along and see for yourself. Cheers Mark

    Hello

I sat through one of their talks when they were in Parramatta, sydney.. they are very informative and really know what their talking about.
I found their information a good eye opener and informative. I really enjoyed how they discussed how off plan purchasing effected their financial plans.. you listen to real peoples experience and what they went through to, which to me was very informative.

I went to one of their seminars in the city a few weeks ago. I've been to a few different ones, I liked this one because I felt I could relate better to the speaker and the way it was formatted. I also went to the Mentoring seminar and nearly signed up for it….it can get you very excited and make you feel really motivated.  I'm not sure how I feel about their fee of $10K yet. I'm looking to hear from people who have signed up to see what they have to say, would like to both pros and cons.

I dont think there is any problem with mentors as long as they develop plans that involve multiple strategies what most of these companies do is just try and sell you a property.
