After being lost in a change of presentation on realestate.com.au … I am proud to reveal that

The Block of Units …. IS BACK !!! You can now search JUST for blocks of units !!!!!

Many a search has been hampered since they stopped using the Investment Property tag and stuck all the investment unit blocks in the same category as every other unit. Sure you got more searches but trying to pluck the multi units out from the list was a proverbial pain in the …. search engine.

So I have my PLEASURE in revealing you can now use the BLOCK OF UNITS tag at the bottom of the search list to do that.

Many thanks to whichever bright spark at realestate.com.au for saving my little fingers hours of effort.

Which leads to my question – Which sites do you know about for property? I know there are lots, but maybe there are some I dont quite know about.

I'll start this with one I found to be a real boon thats REFinder http://www.refindhouseprices.com . Its a site that lists how long a property has been on the market and any moves in price.

Thanks for the heads up xdrew – I’m sure there will be a few other happy investors out there.

I’ve got a list of websites that might help – http://www.passgo.com.au/property-data-websites
