    Hi There,

    Thanks everyone for the helpful answering of q's on the forum – very interesting info.

    What i was wondering was – has anyone had an experience with this loan?  Pros/cons/pitfalls?

    Just thought I'd see if there was anyone happy or unhappy with this product

    I’ve got a couple of IP loans with Bankwest. While I don’t have that specific product, from a personal point of view I’ve found them to be a pretty good lender to deal with.

    I have 2 IP with Bankwest and one is an offset interest only. I have found them to be quite reasonable to deal with. Access to funds is simple.
