Hi,
I would like some advice on what suburbs you all think has the most potential for re-sale. My Partner and I would like to build a home on no less than 540 sqm block, live in it for 2 years or so then rent or sell it. I love the homebuyers alfresco family home – perfect size for Families and great layout.
I particularly love the suburbs Madora Bay and Secret Harbour, however I’m not sure which is better to invest. Secret Harbour is slightly more expensive, Madora Bay is closer to the beach…
I am trying every avenue for advice so I am confident we are making the right decision. It would be my first house purchase but not my Partners.
