How does the market look in Naples? Did the house prices go even lower in 2010 or did they start to rise?I guess it depends what you're looking at. I sold more homes in 2010 than I ever have before, condos were selling like crazy at the end of the year, but the beginning was a rocky one. Something with a petrol company utterly crippling the ecosystem and not being held responsible in any way kind of played a part.
I hate to plug in literally my second post, but I wrote something on my 2010 year and also how the first couple months of 2011 went if you want some more info on how the area's doing.
