    Hi,

I'm trying to work out the value of a property that could potentially be coming onto the market soon. I have gone onto onthehouse.com.au to get a sales history of the particular house and it's quite strange. Back in 1993 the property exchanged for $268,000 but in 2003 it is listed to have exchanged for $150,000, but it has "Part Sale" written next to the history. Any ideas on what this could mean?

    Thanks,

    Phil
