We are a young professional couple who are looking to secure the services of a Buyers Agent who could possibly assist with the purchase of a Kirrawee/Miranda/Gymea principal place of residence as our first home.
We would prefer to go with a fixed fee agent but so long as the % is not too high, we would look at that also. Given we are first home buyers we dont want our precioud desposit being eaten up by agents fees.
I have done a quick scan around the forums but nobody truly has any grand recommendations and the feedback is muted.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Im not sure if he or his staff cover the area, but you could try getting hold of Rich Harvey from Property Buyers and see if they do – I’ve worked with them and found them reliable.
Alan Fox knows his stuff, always heard good things from his clients as well.
