    Hey there forumites

Just interested in hearing some feedback about Eynesbury in Melbourne.  Its a new estate which is nestled in between a golf course.  The blocks are all quite large and priced quite cheap….eg 800sqm for 229k.

I am looking at buying there with my partner for our PPOR. We already have a few investment properties together, and are finding ourselves constantly priced out of the melbourne market.  Eynesbury is about 30-35mins from the city.  There will be a future town centre and primary school and plans to develop a total of 2500 homes including first stage sales. Any feedback would be great to hear. If ive left anything out pls let me know.

    Cheers

A co-worker built a house there 12 months ago. She loves it and was just commenting on how her property has increased in value sine then. Seems to have some nice caveats on the estate to establish a township feel.
