    Hi
    Has anybody had any experience selling there propertry  into a trust fund ??
    Also any clever thoughts or ideas on Stamp duty.
    Property was and is a ppor then now holiday letting investement but still able to sell it as a tax free profit.
    Trying to sell the now positevly geared assest to myself so i can take further advantage of the PPOR laws.
    ie cash in my hand for next ppor reno…..
     Any smart ideas appreciated….

    You won't get around stamp duty I am afraid.

    Also there would be little asset protection, especially in the early years.

    Im just trying to move everything around now a bit expensive at first but long term im sure its worth it.
