    Hi guys

    its been a while

    I am on my search but a bit busy with the job

    just wondering to see if any one has bought IP in ballarat

    in the last 3 months

    I have checked re sites — strangely there were very since I have last checked ( 3 weeks ago)

    the market seems to very hot

    any one has bought or looking to in near future

    waiting for your response
