I am planning to renovate a rundown vacant IP. Not planning any new extensions, just new kitchen, new bathroom, fix plaster cracks in internal walls and arch, repainting, change some internal walls to create more open plan living area. Then some external paving and garden repairs incl fence.
Can anyone recommend a good free renovation spreadsheet to calculate potential costs and feasibility?
