I am trying to find a site or database that can give me the following information:

How many units or appartment blocks are in the brisbane area, that are below 11 stories in height?

I have tried to contact RP data with no luck.

Any direction or help will be most useful.

    Thanks

    Nic

Good luck! Probably not a ready made statistic. What bearing would this information have in any investment decision unless you were looking to make a play on 5% of all of the units in Brisbane?

Hi Nic you question is unusual, can you explain the reasoning behind your question?

    Thank for your response Tony.

Unfortuantely I can't explain the reason behind it. I do not give away my investment strategies.

If you can help though I would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like some weird investment strategy.   Why 11?   I can understand 3 (no lifts).

And what difference would it make if there were 50 or 100?

I've heard of different strategies but this one takes the cake. I only want to buy units that are in blocks with 11 floors and only if there are only 368 blocks in Brisbane.

Sorry if I sound cynical. I am.
