    Hi,

I have a small house in the USA I was thinking about selling.
It has a high 20% + net cash flow return.

I dont really want to get a local agent to list it.
If people start inspecting the house every second day it may annoy the tenant and cause them to leave.
I would prefer to sell it to a forgin investor.

I live in Australia. I bought the house four years ago.

Does anybody know of any web sites or other places I could advertise the house.
I was thinking about putting ads in the local news paper.

    Thanks,

    Mark.

Where is it?  Try listing it in Gumtree?  Its free,  never know with a return like that might interest an investor quick smart.

Try talking to your attorney as they will have many investors on their own books that they can pass the details on, assuming of course that the deal is attractive to other investors. The attorney will get the business from the transfer of the title deed as their payment.

This has worked well for me in the past.
