Anybody know what is the visa situation for somebody (Australian + British paspports) wanting to run their own collection of property rentals in the US would be. I think you would need to be there a lot of the time.

Can you hang out there indefinitely as long as you leave for a day every 3 months or so for a new visa?

If you have 2 passports (like me) maybe you can alternate them if back to back tourists visas are not allowed on 1 passport?

It all depends on how much money you have.

You could possibly get a E2 visa so long as you meet and continue to meet the requirements you can stay indefinitely.

Check out http://www.globalvisas.com/ and or US Visa Wizard http://canberra.usembassy.gov/niv_wizard.html
