What are your thoughts on these apartments/townhouses, and do you think the Kilns being restored into apartments being a boutiquey type idea, anyone have insight with this? Anyone got any info from experience or word of mouth about the developers 'Ninety Four Feet'.

I am also considering buying off the plan with the same developer 94 feet. I have heard word of mouth about a good work they have done in previous projects.
I was wondering if you have heard anything about them
