My name is Lana, I am from Sydney. I am a newcomer to the property market but have a lot interest in it. I have been reading a lot of posts on this forum and amazed to see how helpful all forum participants are. You guys have been really generous in giving your advice, thoughts and opinions to people like myself who need a little hand holding assistance
My husband and I are interested in buying an investment property. We also think that we can renovate the property to add some more value before selling it for a quick profit.
As we both are newcomers to the property market as well renovation work, we are looking for a recommendation for a good builder/trader in Sydney. We think that it will be handy to have some good contacts before deciding on whether to proceed with the purchase
If anyone in Sydney has done this type of thing before, I would be so grateful if you can recommend me with a contact. Any advice/recommendation/suggestion is highly appreciated!Thanks and regards
Lanasydney is a big place. Any clue as to which area, some building companies stick to a particular region.
Thanks for your reply. I live in the inner west of Sydney. The suburb I am looking to buy is in the St George area of Sydney (Hurstville, Allawah, Carlton, etc).
