    Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased my first renovation property in Wagga after looking for 4 months.

    It's a 3 b/r, 1 bath, 1 car house at this stage.

It's possible (according to the architect) to convert this to a 4 b/r, 2 bath, 2 car house. There is structural work involved but all internal stuff.

As it's my first renovation project I'm a little uncertain on how to proceed. Things like – what areas of the house do I renovate first? How much is it going to cost? How much value does each item of renovation add? I have guesstimates of these figures but as it's my first reno I don't want too many expensive lessons.

I've tried Ana Stankovic from Winning Forumula for success but she is unavailable until January.

Can anyone recommend a good renovation/property consultant?

    Thanks,

    Martin

There’s someone on this board, Jane at Hotspace http://www.hotspaceconsultants.com

Not affiliated at all, never used her but I do subscribe to her newsletter and what she does may be up your alley

    Cheers
