    Hi guys,

Out house is finally ready to rent out to tenants and we want to get a quantity surveryor through to do a depreciation schedule.

I've never used one before but have heard they cost around $500 – $700. does this sound about right?

Doe anybody know a good one in Melbourne?

The house is our PPOR as we lived in it first before renting it out. Once it is rented out can we still claim depreciation with the tenants in it even though it is our PPOR?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Emmy :)

    Hi Emmy,

I have recently started using Depreciator for my clients and I have been impressed by the service and how easy it is to organise.

I have also had good feedback from my clients.

    Prices are $500 to $800
