    Hello everyone.
    My situation is I need to find somewhere to live in the next couple of months.
    I really don't want to go on paying rent. I have been looking into the rent to buy market and I wondered if any of you have any ideas on the subject.
    Does anyone have a house available for rent to buy in Perth SOR?
    I have used the 1st home owners grant years ago but don't have a property now. Only a small deposit too.
    I am single so only 1 income to work with.

    Any ideas people :)?

    just rent till you can get finance

    Have you looked into Keystart? Their rates are higher now than what they were 12 months ago but as long as you don't own any other property, their criteria and deposit required is different to your normal lender. Also, no LMI as it is run by the state government.

    Heard they have changed a little in the last couple of months but have a look and see how you go
