    Hi All,

I'm going into study and so cannot get finance on a house, so instead I would like to become a spotter.

Once I find a property that passes the 11 Sec. Solution, What do I do then to make it an authentic PCF to get a spotters fee?

What do I need to have setup to be a spotter??

    Kind Regards,

    Chris

Depending in which State you are going to be sourcing the property you may firstly need to be Licensed.

Offering such a property for sale without the appropriate Licenses can be a costly mistake.

I would check with the Office of Fair Trading in your State.

    Hey Thanks for your reply,

I'm not actually looking to buy the property, just to "spot" and sell the infomation of the house for sale to a third party – namely the "money rich time poor" type of person.

Or am I silly bugger and got the wrong idea of spotting?

    Makes no odds.

A license if required in some States merely to spot (and receive a fee).
