    for a change, i think a lot of members here are interested to read about this topic.

    I was browsing through the interwebs today and found that Jay-Z got his better half, Beyonce, a private island for her birthday (September 4). She just turned 29 and unstoppable after bagging the 2010 MTV Video Music Award for Best Collaboration for her chart-topping duet with Lady Gaga "Telephone".  Kudos B!
    While it’s not everyday that we get to hear about island-buying as a great idea gift, there are other expensive ways to investing your money. Like, a house. With my Google goggles on and thinking cap in place, I have here a list of the most expensive houses as of early 2010.
