    Can anyone make a comparison between POSH and PIA Software.

    I want to work out borrowing capacities with different inputs and also compare different potential investment opportunities outcome and how it would affect my new serviceability.

    Hi Laurent,

    I haven't used POSH so unfortunately can't make a comparison however the PIA software is very malleable with regard to inputs and alterations and I find it a great resource. Hopefully others will give an opinion on POSH.

    I bought PIA didn’t help. Never tried Posh
    I ended up building my own property management system.
    Would love to show you but have not worked out how to put images into this forum yet.

    Hi,

    I have checked both real estate investment software tools, but they seem to be really expensive for what they can do ;o(

    I was researching this for a while and in the end I found a FREE! real estate analysis tool which has better features than most of the paid options. It reminds me little bit the style of zillow.com or something like that.

    Have just used this tool online from your link and it’s fantastic,I would suggest other forum user give it a try before they dip into their very shallow pockets….ha ha!!
