    Any one know anything about this company.. good or bad

    Had a talk with them today a bout purchasing a 1st investment property

    They claim to charge nothing to me, but make money from the developer.

    They appeared to want further commitment but I need more info first.

    sounds like their planning is limited then – what if you don't want to buy the properties from their developers?
