This is a free seminar designed for people interested in property investment, either first time or experienced investors.
In the first half I talk about the reasons to invest, the broad assets classes and why use property as the vehicle. I concentrate on finance strategies relating to property and types of property that suit one investor compared to another and how to grow your portfolio.
Ian James from JPP Buyer Advocates will present in the second half, discussing the state of the Melbourne market, what areas they are buying in for their clients, what services they offer and their target market.
