    Folks,

I have read about 20 property investment books and I really like living of equity ideas from Michael. However, I just found someone said not to take these ideas on this forum. Whats wrong with the ideas? What am I missing?

    Thanks for any personal opinions.

Nothing wrong with these ideas. They have been discussed here in the past.

One problem, especially after the GFC is that lenders have tightened up lending requirements. So if you are not working it will be very hard to qualify for finance.

    Thanks Terryw

Will remind myself searching the forum first before asking next time!  Cheers!
