Hey all,
Does anyone recommend a Architect or draftsman in Melbourne? I am looking to have a duplex designed and built in south east Melbourne.
My mates building company will be building the place, so more looking to just have a Architect design the place, then hand it over, rather than being involved in the whole building process.
Appreciate any suggestions..

I work with several architects/draftspeople in the southern suburbs around Melbourne, it depends on which area as they often focus on a couple of suburbs. If you want to contact me I would be happy to give you some further advice.

If you don't yet have a TPP you will most probably need one to build your duplex. If that's the case just make sure your architect/designer is familiar with planning laws and processes as well as design.
