    I came across this website today http://www.womow.com.au  (WOMOW is word of mouth on the web).  Interesting concept.  Reviews businesses and their level/quality of service.

    Has anybody used it to hire a tradie or write a recommendation for one?

    Perhaps its old news but it wasn't to me.

    I used serviceseeking.com.au a few weeks back to get quotes on some plumbing work.
    Out of the 3 people that attended, 2 were help and gave decent quotes, 1 was a total time waster.

    the good thing about sites like above, is the contractors contact you… so you just place your job add and wait..
