This was my first property, I’m about to start my second one now having it for over twelve months. My plan is to subdivide the block, and then fix up the existing house. Either build a new one or sell the project at the back with plans and permits and then sell the existing home.
Anyway checkout my previous one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vFx9fVCc6U

Anyone else who’s had the patience to video their property, please let me know!

    HI Joel,

    Nice Video :)
You mentioned that the house sold in the first week….What was the total cost of the Reno and how much did you make after selling the house?

    Hey Joel!

Great job! I'm also curious about the financial details. How long did it take you to do? How much did it cost to do the resin bench tops in the kitchen? I'm interested in the comparison between purchasing new laminate bench tops and having them professionally sprayed; I'm guessing you didn't do those yourself? Did you pick the hire furniture out youreslf? Or did a consultant do it? Goodtaste ;)

I have dreams of doing this myself one day.
    All the best
    Beth
