    Dear All,

I am looking for a suburb in Brisbane that has good capital growth history in the past, do you have suggestions of which suburbs I should put my money in?

Look for suburbs close to the CBD and work nodes such as Ipswhich and Chermside. I know from personal experience some great areas on the northside including Kedron, Gordon Park and even slightly cheaper areas like Stafford and Stafford Heights. (all have good capital history)

You can currently pick up some real bargains in Stafford Heights with the median being around 430k for a house.

These areas will also benifet from new bus way being built and other projects in the area.

Just dont stray 10km or furthur from work nodes or urban hubs and you will find your property will be in constant demand.

    hope that helps.
