    hi, recently bouht an investment property, but have decided to live in instead of leasing out, house is in the wifes name but all the bills coming to address in my name, is it possible to claim FHOG with this situation, or do the bills need to be in the wifes name?Also, i heard something about claiming back part of stamp duty with concession card, how is that posiible?

    Probably best to ask your accountant or solicitor – it could be worth a lot to you
